Coronado v. Holder

In a cancellation of removal action before the Board of Immigration Appeals, prior convictions of Health and Safety Code Sec. 11377(a) may be proven by a clerk’s certified electronic docket entries, and the removable offense under Sec. 11377(a) may be possession of any of those controlled substances listed in the California drug schedules.
