Chmukh v. Garland - filed Dec. 23, 2024
An alien’s conviction for possession of a stolen vehicle was an aggravated felony under 8 U.S.C. §1101(a)(43)(G) that made him ineligible for asylum; this conviction was also a particularly serious crime barring withholding of removal under §1231(b)(3)(B).
