Starting Oct. 21, 2024, we will accept only the 06/07/24 edition. Until then, you can also use the 04/01/24 edition. You can find the edition date at the bottom of the page on the form and instructions. Form I-290B, Notice of Appeal or Motion 05/31/2024 03:21 PM EDT Edition Date: 05/31/24. Starting Oct. 21, 2024, we will accept only the 05/31/24 edition. Until then, you can also use the 04/01/24 edition.
