Immigration Law Although an alien was removable based on a criminal offense covered by 8 U.S.C. §1252(a)(2)(C), the statute did not deprive a federal appellate court of jurisdiction to review the alien’s asylum and withholding claims, because the alien did not challenge the factual findings underlying the agency’s rejection of his proposed social group, and pursuant to §1252(a)(2)(D), the court retained jurisdiction to review the legal arguments concerning that determination. A proposed social group, Mexicans with mental health disorders characterized by psychotic features who exhibit erratic behavior, was not cognizable because it lacked particularity. Andrade v.
