The only question for judges reviewing the Board of Immigration Appeals’ factual determinations is whether any reasonable adjudicator could have found as the agency did. A petitioner suffered harm that rose to the level of past persecution where he was forced to flee his home after being repeatedly assaulted, had his life threatened, was between the ages of 16 and 18 when the attacks occurred, his brother was also attacked; and precedent has recognized that Mann Party members have faced persistent threats in the region of India where the petitioner was attacked.
