Good afternoon, We recently updated the following USCIS form(s): Form N-648, Medical Certification for Disability Exceptions 08/19/2022 12:51 PM EDT Edition Date: 08/19/22. Starting Nov. 21, 2022, we will only accept the 08/19/22 edition. Until then, you can also use the 07/23/20 edition. You can find the edition date at the bottom of the page on the form and instructions.
