Call for Cases: EAD Applicants Burdened by Criminal Record Requirements

The American Immigration Council and WilmerHale seek to challenge Form I-765's requirement that asylum applicants (category (c)(8)) and certain beneficiaries of approved employment-based visa petitions (categories (c)(35) and (c)(36)) provide a wide range of criminal records and information along with their applications for employment authorization documents (EADs).
