Betansos v. Barr

The Board of Immigration Appeals’ decision in Matter of Cortes Medina, holding that a conviction for indecent exposure under California Penal Code §314(1) is categorically a crime involving moral Turpitude, is entitled to deference; the rule from Matter of Cortes Medina applied retroactively to an alien who applied for cancellation of removal before the case was decided.
