USCIS Forms Update Notice

Good afternoon, We recently updated the following USCIS form(s): Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker 01/17/2025 10:13 AM EST Edition Date: 01/17/25. Starting Jan. 17, 2025, we will only accept the 01/17/25 edition. You can find the edition date at the bottom of the page on the form and instructions.

If you file Form I-129 on paper by mail, please note that:
• We will accept the 04/01/24 edition of Form I-129 if it is received before Jan. 17, 2025;
• We will reject the 04/01/24 edition of Form I-129 if it is received on or after Jan. 17, 2025; and
• We will only accept the 01/17/25 edition of Form I-129 if it is received on or after Jan. 17, 2025.

Dates are listed in mm/dd/yy format.

If you complete and print this form to mail it, make sure that the form edition date and page numbers are visible at the bottom of all pages and that all pages are from the same form edition. If any of the form’s pages are missing or are from a different form edition, we may reject your form.
